The battles for the most part are balanced. The only issue with unit costs is when it comes to custom battles. It's way too easy for the Human factions to outnumber the non-Human factions and the number difference makes it near impossible for some factions like the Twice Damned to win with a monetary limit (eg. 10,000 or 20,000). But other than that, the mod is great and I'm having a wonderful time playing it

so, any progress going on , Eothese? my campaign was kind of destroyed when the twice damned came stomping from the north and i had to fight a 2 front war.

I'm working through the character names at the moment, albeit slowly with it being a busy time of the year. Provided no serious balance issues arise my next steps will be to add recruitment options to the palace buildings. I'll also probably add some more regions, mostly village types, before I make a start on the art that needs doing, like the portraits and faction symbols etc.

#Masaky, out of interest which faction were you using and who else were you at war with? Did the other faction start the war or did you? I'll add these questions to the OP to try and get a build up of how the AI acts with a full time human payer, thanks.

i was playing as Kedos, and i attacked Valan, they were quite strong in their resistance against me, and i could win in time, if not for those Damned beasts from the north.

and it would be better if the victory conditions involved more regions, in my Galan save i am at turn 4 and there are already messages saying that the Twice Damned are winning the game.

I can't stop that from firing that I know of, but rest assured the Twice Damned have to take Heavens Gate to win the game. Still I kinda think it adds an element of impending doom...

You are probably missing the extension in the file so just put .exe at the end of the file by renaming it and it will then run by double clicking.
