You can probably get away with it, but as ever we recommend you uninstall all dm, verify and install again.

It makes it much harder to track buggy issues and CTD problems, as well.

Just for info I couldn't get it to run - the first I have only installed the new 6.2 to 6.6 over the old 6.2 to 6.5 installation.
So I did a new installation and only DMUC 6.2 and the 6.2 to 6.6 - now it's running like a charm.
Maybe it's just a hint it is always better to try a clean new installment.
