I want early officers to wear big wigs, and the nearest I can get to that at the moment is to use the default ETW bigwigged general model as an infantry officer. Credits to Danova for his superb Poltava Russian general textures for providing the brown wig. According to my research the Danes only used the white-wig for officers from 1728, and used other coloured wigs before then, including brown. I am using this model in part because of this picture of the a funeral of a senior Danish officer in 1703, which shows Danish officers wearing sashes over their shoulder rather than across their waist:New wips:

The regular army was mostly German mercenaries until at least 1772. The combined Dano-Norwegian composition of the navy was just 46% in the early 18th century (31% was Dutch and the rest German). In 1778 more Danes started to be recruited and by 1788 the majority of the regular army was Danish. Also, under the 1711 uniform regulations, all infantry and cavalry wore white, grey or black gaiters over their stockings, and all "cavalry" regiments wore a black cuirass, so that will be reflected in the final mod.
