no shortcut? no .bat file?

How am i supposed to start the mod without a shortcut? and when i got to
C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\Third_Age

I find no god dammed bat file either?
why didnt the installer do any of this for me and how do i launch this mod.

seems the installers has a hard time installing.

Try to download the file again, but first disable your virus protection software and UAC.

Or make a .bat file

First make a normal txt file with this in it:

 
cd ..\..
start kingdoms.exe @mods\Third_Age\TATW.cfg

Then rename that txt to this: Third Age.bat
