List of changes:
---> i gave few already researched technologies in 1700 to some of the default Grand Campaign factions,
---> i removed all starting traits of the starting scholars in the Grand Campaign mode,
---> the faction which historically invented certain technology first will research it as a first faction in the Grand Campaign,
---> different number of turns to research the technologies for the default factions,
---> ready to use starting technologies for the protectorates and for their sovereign (protectorate owners),
---> i deleted technology effects of the technologies which were never used in the XVIII century,
---> the units which use machined rifling technology will be not available to recruit in the default ETW period,
---> rockets ships and steam ships will be not available to recruit in the default ETW period,
---> puckle gun will be not available to recruit in the default ETW period,
---> land rockets will be available only for the British and factions from India,
---> no more cannons for American Indian Tribes in the default Grand Campaign,
---> realistic area of recruitment in the Grand Campaign mode.
