    Default GemFX/Reshade/SweetFX Settings

Here's a thread for everyone to post their GemFX, Reshade or SweetFX settings so we can all share the screenshot magic.

For Total War: Attila, I use a GemFX 1.0.9 preset made by Petellius of Ancient Empires.

Basically you download GEMFXv1_0_9.exe, install it to your Total War Attila location, eg C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Total War Attila and then open the following folders. GEMFX - Presets - current - GEMFX_settings.cfg (I use Notepad++) and override this file with my changes. Then, launch GEMFX_Configurator.exe and click "Load Configuration" and "Active GEMFX". Then it should enable itself ingame.

K hides the UI, but also toggles the blur function so you may need to spam K to get it to blur whilst hiding the UI, or unblur whilst hiding the UI. Furthermore, F9 toggles it on and off.

    So what are your settings?

For you Rome 2 players out there, with Cheat Engine you can do a number of graphical upgrades apparently (I haven't tried it myself).
The details are in this thread.

I don't know have you guys noticed, but Nvidia has recently released new "Freestyle" feature to games (even games that don't have Ansel support) that work like SweetFX.

This looks cool but I don't see it enabled for Rome 2. Have you got it to work?

Personally I wouldn't expect it for a Total War game. Just doesn't seem like the kinda game for this kinda thing.

It doesn't support any Total war games. You can check this list which games it works: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce...eestyle-games/

Been working on a preset right now to try and get a "real" look and not a photo graphical flashy look in Atilla. Still is taking some work. Im having issue with the MXAO I think as it leaves a kinda film or screen over certain areas like the faces. Im using Reshade 3.1 with my own Settings. Ill post the INI as an attachment. If anyone wants to help and tweak settings to see if we can get it right that would be awesome.

Its not really reshade settings or those kinda things, but Gigantus made a thread 7-8 years ago on how to get HD screenshots in Medieval 2.

Nope no idea sorry. I'd suggest asking the guys who made it for Rome 2 and seeing if they've got any tips for porting it to Attila or if they're willing to do the work themselves.
