[SOLVED] CTD in custom battle when upgrade to 6.5

hi,

my instalation of DMUC6.2 runs perfectly but in the moment I upgrade to 6.5 applying the patch I get a CTD every time I want to play a custom battle:

DMUC Specs:
grenades on 6 ranks , arty x2 lite smoke, no dmuc music addon, ultimate campaign , 2tpy.
8running on Windows7 x 64)

PS: the first crash was so big I even had to reinstall not only Empire but Steam itself due to empire vanilla was not running at all.
