The Turks COntrol much of Anatolia only the Trebizonians and Karamese stop them from total expansion...both we have gained at least nominal alliances with ....if we could drain out the forces than we could easily intiate a declaration of war on all sides to the turks

Perhaps instead of simply taking over the land of the Bulgars and ruling them as subjects, perhaps we should try to integrate them into ruling the providence and give them limited self government.
