Reinstall DirectX 9.0

I have Played RS2 for a while and I decided to play original RTW so I removed the RS2 containing Data folder to another location and replaced it with the original RTW Data folder. But the problem was that after I was finished with the original and put the RS2 data folder back to the RTW folder, an error keeps occuring saying that I need to install DirectX 9.0. (which I didn't have a problem with before)
so I tried installing the thing but the error keeps popping up. what do I do here?

once I did...
I turned it off and the error still comes up.

My GFX card is Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family
(crappy I know, but no problem running the game or the mod)

Just uninstall the whole game.Delete the folders of RTW manually from you directory(Wherever you have installed.....).Use CCleaner to clear out your registry...and simply Reinstall RTW patch it up and play the game...Njoy......

No need to reinstall the game. Make SURE you turned bloom off. and do this if it still there
