Seeded 7.5Gig. People drop off as soon as they download. Can't seed 24/7 at the moment, but will hopefully soon.

I'm getting the following error in the TAR launcher:

TAR pack files are missing from the ETW\Data Folder

Reset the TAR Launcher options and that should cure the problem. Restart PC as well.

The error you described occurs only when you have made changes in the advanced options menu.

There are 16 options in "Advanced options"

Stable
Battle Flags
Movement Arrows
TAR Units Relaxed
Artillery Faster Reload
Grenades
All Forts
Tech Research
Battlefield Weather
Indians
All Forts
Sound Effects
Fonts
Languages

Do not work and cause CTD
Battlefield Borders
Campaign Markers
Enlarged Deployment Zones

For TAR to work again,youll have to reset the options youve changed back to the way they were,leave the menu and game,and reboot your PC.

Is there a way to reset everything to default or do I have to remember the settings. I'm pretty sure I didn't change the three that cause CTD's. What are the default settings for those?

I have kind a mystery problem. Yesterday i downloaded this and installed and played few different campaigns and everything worked. Today i started new campaign played about 4 turns saved and now its crashing when loading and same happens when i try start new campaign.

Try loading an older save game.
Try resetting the TAR scripts through the launcher.(diagnostics)

This is weird. I rebooted my computer, because i edited advanced options and now TAR launcher says "TAR pack files are missing". I remember that i installed it right folder. In data folder there is TAR folder and many TAR packs. Probably have to install again?


Edit: If i disabled battlefield borders and campaign markers, it will say that TAR pack files are missing.

Edit: Seems to be working correctly again.
