(Amazon Army) Need help + a couple of requests

Hi!

I managed to correctly install some of the free units/skins from well known authors around here:

Quad's Amazons
Bows of Artemis
Axes of Aries

Mainly females, I use them in vanilla rtw as mercenary units recruitable by julii, greeks and seleucids (plenty of fun).

problem is... I edited an existing unit greek_amazon (mercenarie chariot) to wield a phalanx:

As you see in the front ranks (phalanx) they don't have a shield, how can I assing one to them. Or can you guys point me out to a unit that already is a phalanx and also is FEMALE?

Also, I mounted the Bow of Artemis...

They work pretty well, but I'm lacking of a Heavy Cavalry unit to complete my all amazon army, any suggestions?

Shock Infantry: Axes of Aries,
Support Infantry: Quad's Amazons
Archers: Bows of Artemis
Phalanx: ?????
Horse Archers: Mounted Bows of Artemis
Heavy Cavalry (lance or swords): ????
General Guards: ????

What other unit you think would be a nice adition to the set?

Those phalanx amazons won't work with shields dude. Something to do with the version of the skin . It's very old and I played around doing exactly what you did and you won't get a shield to work.

You can mod the amazon axes so they can phalanx. They look pretty good.

you have two different genders of sound files so I'm pretty sure they sound like girls.

Btw, amazon axes work pretty weill as heavy cavalary.
Sacred vestals as Horse archers, Bows of artemis also (as already stated on this topic).
Right now I already got 3 archers units, 2 of horse achers (can add Spartan archers also as light cavalary), light and heavy cavalary, spearwomen, hoplites, chariots, swordgirls as infantary and light cavalary and skirmish (the original amazon axe).
So I think it will be enough to make it a regular army for a faction.
Still need to learn how to do it, it will be enough to change on Edu and Desc_build, I was thinking of Armenia???
