MES 0.5 for dHRR 0.8a

About:
This is the first part release of MES Version 0.5. As soon as the Musikperssions go on, i created 0.5 for the other stuff in MES that is already allowed to use. So you can test it and if you like, give a feetback.

Info:
This project take care about the vanilla parts of dHRR0.8a and include minor embellishments like new sounds, complete new music (some music from BC and a lot from different German medieval artists and sounds - pending permission) and new graphics for dHRR0.8a.

I incorporate other submods - so many off the new stuff is not by myself, so please give also +rep to original creators.

Included work:

• pausenclown - "dhrr Graphical Design"

• the byzantine empire use the roman watchtower stratmapmodel from davide.cool - thank you
• new Horn sounds by brips
• all texture improves mod also by brips

Installation:

First download MES 0.5 http://www.gamefront.com/files/23228...r+dHRR+0.8.exe

then go to your ... \mods\HRR_07 folder
and delete the following folders:

1. data\loading_screen
2. data\menu
3. data\world

then go to data\sounds\ and delete the

1. events.idx
2. music.idx
3. sfx.idx

now you are ready to click on the MES 0.5 exe (eventually change the installation path from programme into program_files)

The submod itself is savegame compatible.

I installed your sub mod and the new menu is great and the map textures are a refreshing change but I haven't noticed any of the new music on the campaign map or in battles. Is it faction specific or was it an error on my part?

in 0.5 there´re only the new hornsounds in the battlemap.

Started a new campaign England!!! very hard level on both im hopeing to expect a challenge!

this is great ive noticed more action from the AI/Scotland invaded my northern borders also a Dane armie landed near york.I agree bigtime!!!

The year is 1100 willian rufus was send in a small alone to die at sea as he died in the new forest.Robert of normandy held the crown but was killd in normandy fighting rebels therefor pathing the way for Henry the 1st of england.Henrys son must also die at sea and hes got 1 son in the family tree and the next princess in the game wil become miltilda who will be send to Germany to marry the Holy Roman Leader!if not him a powerfull figer in germany who i will build an armie and push my campaign into germany!!! great campaign

i also spotted a more active scotland sometimes, but i didn´t see the particular reason for there agressivenes. in one byzantine campaign they complettly kicked england out of britan.
