well there;'s a lot of factions i like to read about lol
so hard to choose just one
but definitely like to read about
1) byzantine
2) HRE
3) Crusader kingdoms
4) american natives eg incans, mayans, etc
5) italian city states, specially milan or venice
Kiev! or Hungary.
I picked the Moors. I don't remember reading a Moor AAR. I played them once and it was fun.
But I enjoy reading about any of the factions.

I voted Mongols. Not Timurids, mind you. Mongols.
Alea Iacta Est (The Die is Cast) - Gaius Julius Caesar
An army of sheep led by a lion is better than an army of lions led by a sheep - Alexander the Great
We will either find a way, or make one - Hannibal Barca
I chose the Moors.
I would really love to read a nice AAR about them. Not particularly seeing the fight in the Iberian Peninsula, but something new...
A jihad against the Holy Roman Empire, and a war landing in the south of France...
Romans, no question about it. Skantarios FTW!
Optio, Legio I Latina
I'm curious about this as well... was just thinking of doing an AAR but struggling to decide what faction to use. I started Norway late era campaign with SS 6.3/BGR but not sure if I should make it an AAR.
I don't see many Genoa AARs but then some other factions also have fewer than others. Maybe Poland or Cumans.
I would choose the Mongols. It's a real shame that for a people that created the largest continuous land empire, there are hardly any aars as them.
