It's disgusting and utterly hypocritical how my appeal was decided without reasoning with me on the warning, especially when I asked for reasoning. It's disgusting how Moderation is using pathetic tactics to keep me away of posting as now calling a thread "pathetic" is off-topic and that reason is not even discussed with me and decision is given by this Kangaroo tribunal. This hypocrisy and double standards are ruining this site and making it a bad place just like your disgusting hypocrisy and double standards are ruining this world and making it an unpleasant place by every passing day. I quit, be happy.

I'd just like to point out -

Excuse me! but if you are going to give decision against me, I would first want you people to reason with me on the validity of warning, instead of giving decision, because I haven't come here to only hear your decision but to reason with you people if you insist that it is off-topic. Thanks.

YOU do not decide how the procedure works. First you say that you think moderators are bias against you then you demand that the tribunal treat your case different thus asking for favoratism. The Tribunal system is clear, they are experienced memebrs totally cut off from the moderation staff on TWC. They review the case in private as they did yours. You do not discuss with a judge before and after your verdict.

Second, its not hypocritical. Hypocritical is when someone punishes others for something he himself has done. So for example someone who openly condems violence on one group and promotes it on another would be hypocritical. None of the Tribunes have off topic warnings nor do they engage in poor behavior. Neither do they discuss their decisions with others or delay hearings, that would be bias if anything, NOT hypocritical.

Third *this thread is pathetic* adds no substance to the discussion. You could have reported the thread but you chose to leave an unrelated comment and then rage when you are given a standard one pointer. If we wanted to get rid of you we would have given you 6 points because you have had repeated cautions. If anything the moderator was very leniant and gave you the minimum punishment, you should thank him not call him pathetic. Not only do i stand by the moderators warning but if I moderated it I would have probably been seen as more 'pathetic'.

Your arguments and demands would all fail on this point - If you have nothing to add to a discussion DONT POST AND IGNORE IT

Fourth on any other forum you would have been banned outright. No other forum has tribunals or leniant moderators with fixed codes. No other forum has moderators under constand team evaluation. On any other forum your rants flaming us as a staff would have got you IP banned.

Fifth when you join you sign a contract saying that we moderators can remove you for anything that everything but that we are too noce to do that and will only do it for the reasons mentioned in the TOS so ... yea.

Finally, whats ruining the site is not the moderators. We moderators would love the day when we hardly had anything to do and could debate in threads. What IS ruining the site is members abusing our leniancy and using our gray areas to push other members to the limits and then report them when they break them. What is ruining discussions is member actively seeking out threads and steering them into discussions about themes THEY feel relevant. Personal vendettas and a small crowd warriong over threads not allowing the majority of the foum to enjoy a good debate.

Personally I like how you symbolise *the other perspective* in a forum dominated by the west. I dont want you to leave and would rather you use the time off to re-evaluate your own behavior. I know you will be back.

Is there nothing you can do to stop this from happening?
By not taking a firm line you're encouraging these characters to do it more often.

Its a lose lost situation, eventually they are diciplined but I think moderation in general (at least I do) believe that the general membership should not suffer harsh moderation due to the behavior of a few. If we targeted 'them' we would be ''''' kangaroo hypocrits'''''

Just keep in mind Poet that while on TWC you may have what you perceive to be biased mods and heaps of injustice, at least you get to appeal it each and every time. On other websites with biased mods and heaps of injustice, you just get permabanned and forgotten.

Why give those who do not share your base values and beliefs the satifaction? There are those here who value your views and interpretations. Why abandon them to the wolves... Is there not strentgh in unity?

Outhink and outwit them...Stay the course. If you decide to walk away towards greater horizons
then all prosperity and happiness to you and those in your life...
