Then download the better lighting mod it suggests near the bottom of the OP. You can also add the Simple grass mod too. Those two add to that mod make for one amazing sight.

You probably all know my first Wilderness construction - Heorot. Heorot is now but the first settlement in a coastal and forest region I have claimed as the Saxon Shore.



The first challenge of the Saxon Shore was linking up the land, despite its rugged terrain. There is a great mountain range that issolates Heorot from the rest of the land. This was traversed by a great road, spanning the entire length of the country, and cut up through the mountains in a natural pass.



Elsewhere the roads crosses deep forests and grips onto hillsides.



Two small farming villages dot the landscape. This one, Reading, is prosperous and peaceful.



But ultimately the road leads to the capital of the Saxon Shore, the fortified hall of Grafsham.



The hall of Grafsham is the seat of the Thane, who governs the land.



We welcome visitors.

Can someone enlighten me as to why i have this horrible Moise pattern? Ive had it ever since i used the first version of xaus patcher, and i see screens of other players that dont have it, and im wondering why i do..

You're missing a texture. Probably the alpha texture (it allows you to have transparency/see through the water)

No,its not that. I can see through things like water and stuff just fine, its just their is a grid that each block has. In thwe water, its pink, in the grounds, its a line that has the abyss or lava water animation

You're missing a texture or an animation. Are you using a HD texture pack?

Looks like a graphics card problem.

Does it still do that whenever you have the default texture pack chosen? That's the first thing you can do to figure out if it's the texture pack itself causing the problems.

Tried it. When i first used Xau's patcher, this happened. It affects all texture packs.

A quick google suggests fixing the issue lies in your graphics card control panel.
