Calgary the new Rome..
I want to change the names...Rome to Calgary..What does that intail?

data\text open imperial_campaign_regions_and_settlement_names and change the line
{Rome} Rome
to
{Rome} Calgary
and then on the campaign map rome will have change to Calgary

actualy if you click the name of the city in the city sumary scroll, you should be able to rename it. At least, you can in BI, not sure about the original

Only works in BI, not 1.2. Haven't checked 1.3/5 yet. Damn cool feature, if you ask me...

I have changed Egypts name to The Poltematic Empire in every aspect possible. This was in 1.2 and I forgot how. But I edited only a few files. At the max 5, but it was long. I think all of the files were in the world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign/

To edit faction names you need to edit data/text/expanded_bi.txt if you have the expansion or expanded.txt
