[very important] Crusader Annual General Meeting 2005

Here's something we MUST do.
Before the end of the year we should have at least one general with all the members of the staff.

post here if you want to suggest a date for the meeting.

we will discuss about:
1) What are the factions going to be?
considering that we MUST have
- 4 roman factions
- 2 carthaginian factions
- 4 greek factions
- 6 barbarian factions
- 3 eastern factions
- 1 egyptian faction

2) What's going to be the list of each faction? Rebels & slaves as well.

3) what about the bulding trees?

4) events. we should decide why,if,what,when,and who.

5)who has done what? who is doing what? who is doing nothing?

6)the campmap targets. A Jerusalem Oriented king of the hill campaign or what else?

7)the missing faction problem (aka Georgia vs Lombard League).
- Hungary, yes or no?

8) things to be done if possible.
- trebuchet built during sieges
- how to increase the demografic raise due to pilgrimage.
- the crusades. Now, a very complicated topic.
- An Omnicrusader faction?
- Moats around cities and forts?
- shall we edit the cityplan, and if yes, how and who?
- what are the various hidden resources going to be?

9) and some minor stuff like
- traits and ancillaries
- quotes
- the background
- ships
10) shall we insert some sort of Marian Reform wich will affect the equipment of almost all the units in the game, making them more modern?(i.e. Plate armor instead of just chainmail)

Thanks for the link Winkelried, but first we want to finsh all units and release a beta with them, where you could do battles and also the campaign, but without new buildings.

Does the meeting have to be through MSN? I don't have MSN at all and have never used it before. Where and how do I get it, and does it cost me anything?

msn is completely free, and you just have to download it from the microsoft homepage. Or from sime related link, i suppose.

It's a very fast and realiable way of communicating between small groups of people, unlike mirc or other chats. And it's well spread through the world, so yes, it should be on msn.

Any problem if the meeting will be at 15 o clock english time?

you can start without me, i'm in a house with 10 people fighting for a computer, so i don't know if i'm going to be there at the time.

I already have two e-mails and a third would be a little much. Also, how long until the meeting starts? I don't know the time difference between US and UK offhand.
