Instructions how to decrease number of Rebels

You can do this in 1.4 and later - not sure if you can do it in 1.3
Edit file C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\bi\data\world\maps\campaign\barbarian_invasion\descr_strat.txt

You will notice "brigand_spawn_value" and "pirate_spawn_value". Increasing this number will decrease frequency of rebels appearing. I believe it is 10 by default. I am playing with it set at 70. Some rebels still appear but much less frequently

Cannot be done in 1.2 - these lines don't exist there

It works in 1.3 (yet to start a campain in 1.5). It seems to be a divisor. Higher numbers mean less rebels and pirates. In my last 1.3 camp that I didn't finish I added 50 to each number and it was more of what I wanted.
