    Default USA borrowing money from France and the debt

    How will this be represented in the Revolution Campaign when they are borrowing money and the Later Campaign, how will they pay the money back?

    It's all automatic in the campaign.

    Of course if you got to war with France, things will change

    That is very impressive, if you wouldn't mind telling, how did you do it? You start with having to pay France so much money per turn or something?

    Yes and vise versa for the Revolution Campaign, I figured it would be a nice touch

    Great idea hip, very impressed! Will also make playing as France much harder and keeping the monarchy.
