You don't need to reinstall SS. Just apply the Compilation again (and make sure it's the latest version)

Version 4.2, 2TPY Late Era, sub-mods applied: NHC, Istanople, Son of X.

Crusaders took Cairo off Egyptians and recently i besieged the city, destroyed the garrison and occuppied. Now i found there is Hashashim Guild but i can't recruit this very specific unit. Any idea why or how to fix it ?

Hashashim were removed, as they're ahistorical.

    Thanks for fast reply.
I know it's a bit off topic but hope you don't mind answering,
does the guilds global effect bonus really works ?
Global +5% public order bonus from Master Hashashim would be great for vast empires

It wouldn't be hard to make work, probably. One would need some scripting and some EDB-editing.
I'm not currently planning on doing anything of the sort, though
It already gives all recruited assassins 1 or 2 skill-points AFAIK.

SS_setup works properly after fresh installation of SS6.3.

SS_setup reports "cannot creat temporary file" after installation of either MSSC 4.2 or MSC 4.3.1 (in this case, game cannot be launched)

SS_setup worked properly after installation of MSC 3.2 one month ago

Hello, I have problem with custome battles:
when I'm playing Early era custome battle with any faction, all battlefields are in dust.
I'm playing with Savage AI and with Permanent Watchtowers.

    Disable UAC
Move SS6.3 out of Program Files
    Run SS_Setup again

    This.......(the image below)
After that the setup exe opens but when i finish with my submods it doesnt automatically executes the ss.exe as normally it had to do and when i manually open the ss.exe in order to play i can only play late campaign no matter what campaign i had chosen in my setup.
By the way i have administrator rights and a very good computer so i dont think it has to do with my hardware.
    What can i do?
even scroll lock doesnt work it doesnt show the scripts in the late campaign that i am able to play

(p.s sorry for my bad english)

The SMM not starting the game automatically is normal.
Make sure the SS6.3 folder isn't set to read-only. Make sure it's not in Program Files, and make sure UAC is disabled.

Enemy armies refusing to move during battle, especially annoying during sieges.

Nothing to do with MSC, sorry.
It's probably to do with CA's bad battle AI.

That might be the problem, although I can't fathom why my pc can handle any other battle or settlement on max settings and not Jerusalem. Regardless, I'll let you know. Thank you very much for your help.

EDIT: Lowering the graphics the stuttering goes away... However, the game still crashes when clicking the "exit battle" button on the battle summary scroll. There seems no way around it except autoresolving...

Righto.. The problem is : CTD, the game crashes at loading screen

When it started.. when I installed MCompilation.exe onto the 6.3 SS install (yes i did install MCompilation Patch.exe after it too) the vanilla 6.3 SS worked just fine..
the fix broke SS_Setup.exe but I could still play the game .The SS_Setup.exe says "Not enough campaigns or core files missing!" when I run it after the Fix or after i have installed Mcompilation and the patch it had, the same thing happens on both occasions.

Operating Windows 7 64bit, disabled UAC, Have reinstalled for about 20 times with and without "run as administrator" command.
TW Kingdoms is at 1.5 version
And no, its not Steam version

Hope I'll get some help to make SS working with this pack, I really liked the ideas on some of the mods in this sub mod pack, just itching to try it out .
Thanks anyways, I hope im not just another idiot who has missed THE worlds most simple fix to the problem.

and yeah.. there be an attachment that seems to say I would be missing some files or something?

    Thank you for your assistance
