    Default [ABANDONED] CTD on startup

Well the name says it all really...

When i start DMUC 6.2 I get the normal loading screen for a while then a ctd. I have tried reinstalling scripts using the diagnostics...

Any help would be hugely appreciated, thank you in advance.

Check if you have all the files listed in the script in your .../Empire Total War/data folder
if not then try reinstalling the mod, or downloading it again

Note: you must have the latest version of ETW(1.6) for DMUC

to be sure you have 1.6 yu should simply connect to steam and follow the instructions here

    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=392075

    then re-run your DMUC installer

if Vanilla fails, your first step is verify via steam

    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=392075

failing that you would have to uninstall and the re-install ETW

If vanilla works then it is a problem with DMUC-uninstall your existing DMUC setup of you haven't already and then reinstall it from a new download.

    I have the same problem.

DMUC used to run fine for me wth an older version, was like 5.x . After a long absent from playing I was eager to try it again and looked for patches, downloaded 6.2 and installed it. Now I also crash on startup.

I have Empire patched to 1.6, I have verified it, Vanilla runs fine, other mods which I tried because of this also, I tried another download of the installer, I tried to reset and reinstall the user script, I have this in my script.txt

Right, for starters could you check that all of the files named in the script appear in your data folder?

(I presume you uninstalled your last version of DarthMod before installing this one)

There we got it. I miss the CP.pack, which wonders me alot, as I allready tried reinstalling and using different downloads by doing that. Is there any easy fix for that, as reinstalling for some reason doesn´t seem to for me .
I uninstalled everytime I try to reinstall, also checked for some missed files in the Appdata/CA/Empire/scripts.

Hmm, so vanilla runs fine, yet DarthMod does not.
Gimme a minute I'll try and think of something else.
