Default What if Tukhachevsky was not executed?

How does everyone think the eastern front would have turned ouf if Tukhachevsky has not being purged and had being able to fully modernise Soviet Forces. With polices like deep operations being in place from the start of the invasion as well as far larger numbers of KV-1's and Twos how would the German invasion have faired?

His subordinates would probably still be purged nevertheless, left Red Army crippled. Further more, I don't see in what way Red Army would receive enough motorlization before 1941 (despite they did have largest motorlized divisions in the world at that time), nor did I see how KV-1 would contribute deep operation warfare since that tank simply not designed for mobile warfare.
