With the power entrusted to him by the Tennessee Commonwealth, Protector-General Hall presents a pressing issue to the King. If he signs it, Tennessee will rejoin.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

    The Hall Act

    I.
Tennessee shall enter the Union as a State recognized by the Sovereign, The House of Lords, and the House of Commons.

    II.
Tennessee shall not pay reparations to the Union for their neutrality in the War.

    III.
Election for the House of Commons shall commence immediately. This acknowledges that the Monarch still gives the power to the people of the Union.

    IV.
No Tennessee Man shall be persecute for defending the Commonwealth of Tennessee during its Neutrality.
