Can't open BTW

I downloaded Bulgaria TW, but I have a problem in opening the installer. My pc uses windows 7 and any help on how or what program to use to extract the mod will be helpful.Thanks.

Well, the installer is a simple .exe, so there should be no problems in using Win7 with it, nor it should require any additional software, IMO. What sort of problem exactly do you have?

Thanks for the reply NikeBG. When I downloaded the file from here neither win rar nor & 7zip could extract it. When I checked its format it was a 1[0] file. Then I decided to download it directly from BTW site and I used win rar to extract the files. Maybe a corrupted download.

Try to download the .exe file again is a executable file therefore u don't need any other program ot run it.
Also make sure u have proper admin rights to execute the .exe file.
