Declaration of Tennessee
I. The Territory of Tennessee shall remain neutral in the Civil War between the Kingdom of America and the Confederate States of America
II. The Tennessee Congress shall act just like the United States Congress, without any alterations.
III. Tennessee Shall follow the Constitution of the United States as well as the Territorial Constitution.
IV. Any Royal or Confederate Army that crosses the Tennessee border without Permission will be intercepted, attacked, and harassed by the Tennessee State Militia
V. Any Man that comes to Tennessee in an attempt to recruit Tennessee Men will be jailed.
VI. Tennessee shall be officially named "The Commonwealth of Tennessee".
