Loading, and loading, mod not working /windows 7

Hi Husser been a while since i wrote last time haha, well this time i formatted my computer to Windows 7 and now im having problems playing the mod. I installed the game even using xp compability security pack 2 to not experience problems, the napoleon.exe also in xp sp2 mode, and administator, the game works and flows as normal. But then i install your splendid mod that i used to play on my Windows vista and i get problems, all things are there the user.scrip and all. i also use your startpos in xp sp2 mode and administator i start the game and the first loading screen, just loads and loads and loads nothing happens, and i have to start task manager and cancel Napoleon...... Is there something i have to do as a Windows 7 user or something? thanks!
