Default [SOLVED] 'This file contains invalid data'

    Hello.

I have downloaded DMUC 6.2 - the Deathstar version, but when I try to run it, I get the above message.

    Can anyone help?

It looks like you have a corrupted download-you'll have to download it again I'm afraid.

Probably be better to d/l it from a different mirror then, just in case.

Yes, probably-which mirror did you use the first time?

    This one:

    http://www.moddb.com/mods/darthmod-e...-commander-v62

I tried the first on the list, then the second and both times I noticed the same thing happened: the file is over 1gb, yet it says download completed when it gets to only 190 odd mb. Weird...

Edit: The other site seems to require that you register to d/l - I don't want to have to do that.

Yes, it does require you to register, it is free though. (I can see why you might not want to register however)
Hip might put up another mirror, but in the meantime you could try moddb again.

OK, I tried the USA mirror and it's now downloaded the whole file, so I think it'll work now.

    Edit: It works.

Now all I need is to find out how to display the year instead of turn number in Road to Independence - I can remember how to do it with other TW games, but not this one.
