    Default SPQR Mod

    I have been reading up on the SPQR Mod today, and i seem really interested. I just wanted to know where i could be directed to, to get this mod and what would be the house rules just so i can once again have a challenge. Hopefully, this will be challenging. If somebody could help me out with this, i would greatly appreciate it.
