    Hi Mythic

I share the same sentiments. After 2+ years on the solo-project I might have shared this fate if I hadn’t released BattleAxe. Video

Haha, at least you got your mod released! After two years of work, my mod project was just a buggy, unplayable mess! Any hints as to what we can expect in the future, or are we lowly peons just going to have to wait?

If you downloaded the file and it is missing the .exe extension, add it yourself so that the file reads BattleAxe.exe .You will see the icon change thereafter and you can open it.

It's unfit for those looking for historical accuracy and RP from gameplay, but for fast campaigns with bloody warfare it's quite the fun! +rep for the work and gratz on release

This mod looks very cool! My congratulations to you, brandybarrel.

(Just the name of this mod sucks. Or actually it doesn't suck but you could research a better one )

Greetings! Great mod indeed! Very direct style, who needs diplomacy, kill them all! Just for the fact of all factions having the same amount of units you have all my respect, no one was left behind! Loving the remake for Portugal and above all the ingenious concept for the religious orders. The only thing I personnaly dont like is not having boats, no more guerrilla tactics in the Mediterranean!

    Thank you Russian NORMAN.

I must have deleted the line when removing some naval vessels from the file.

I'll include the income bonus to the castle shipwright in a future update.

    Cheers,

    Hi Russian NORMAN

Thank you for informing me. I can verify the issue regarding the CTD on attacking Georgia.

Please download the attached hotfix and place the two files into the battleaxe\data\text folder.

(Hotfix not required for BattleAxe.exe downloads after Dec 1, 2010)

    Cheers,

    Good day!
Are there any plans to make a patch to limit the number of spies and assassins? And perhaps even to remove them ...

  20. #40

    Default Re: BattleAxe Commentary

Spies and Assassins have been limited to one per settlement if you downloaded BattleAxe after Nov 1, 2010.

For those of you who have downloaded BattleAxe before this time and would like to include the agent limit, download the attached file and place its contents (one file) in your battleaxe\data folder.

Please reference the BattleAxe Info & Download thread for full details on any updates by clicking on the grey box at the bottom.
