Bi : Rome loyalty
in Bi I wanted to know if theirs anyway to dramatically reduce the loyalty of the WRE generals if rome falls to the WRE rebels to simualate the effect of beeing seen to be losing a civil war . I don't care how it's done scripts, traits auxilleries or whatever but I hope this is possible somehow?

Hmm are you an experienced scripter or are you just asking?
I dunno, it might be possible to do this with another LoyaltyStarter trait that replaces the normal one when Rome has been taken, I don't want to give too much thought to that right now
