    Impassible = No passible

    That area is impassible because in the lore that area is freezed and can't be populated, except for the people that lived there.

    You can't get there. Because it's Forodwaith, a freezing and desolate area that cannot be crossed nor inhabited. The city in the northeast corner is 'CANNOT BE SEEN' and is also surrounded by impassible mountains. When conquered the game will crash I think and Sauron (as pope) is gone.

    Forodwaith

    You can't capture it because its huge, and frozen, methinks.

    Lord of the Rings isn't all of Tolkien :p I don't believe its featured there, except for its name on the map. But appearantly its featured in Unfinished Tales.
