I'd like to make a few suggestions for your new mod:
    1. Map should focus heavily on pannonia, illyria, the Balkans, hungary and dacia, and part of the black sea.
    2. There should be multiple types of Goths - Grethungi, Radagasian, and Tervingi, maybe more
    3. Suebi, Hasdingi vandals, Silingi vandals, Alani, Sarmatae, Heruli, Scirii, Rugi should all be present as factions.

    Just a few tips.

Hi aetius, thanks for the suggestions.!

    1. Check out the map preview! You ll find the map is pretty much what you described.

    2. For the goths i got the greuthungi and ostrogothi so far never heard of that third group, were they of any importance?

    3. That is a bunch of factions! The suebians(=alemanns) are in, the hasdingi too. The silingi wont be in cause they are too far north for my mod. The sarmatians wont be in cause they were already subdued by the Huns at the time. I m not sure about the alans? Where were they located? Heruli sciri rugi are an option still thez were pretty small people. I probablz will add them in a later version of the mod.

Keep making suggestions these are good!

the goths of radagasius invasion in 405 and 406 - the ones left behind - i'd reccomend calling them gothones
alani were coming with the huns - make them migrating nearby each other and allies.
sarmatians were in hungary with the vandals, suebes, gepids, and goths
scirii and herulii were above pannonia and noricum and th iuthungi were an alemannic tribe above raetia.

I ve made a map with the positions. Is this about right?

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

I wont use the gothoni since they probably were part of the Ostrogoths at the time.

Well tervingi and grethungi were both visigoths and ostrogoths were'nt even called that until the 6th century. It's good- but switch the sarmatians and gepidae

Hm the Rhine was quite a hotspot. Eventhough the fighting in the year 376 took place closer to Alemanni territory than the Suebi*s one you will get a feeling of the epic battles fought when defending the Roman frontier at Rhaetia, which was under heavy attack too.

In general the danube border was just as much under attack as the rhine border. numberous peoples from the north and east attacked it and in the end Rome was forced to evacuate all(!) inhabitants of the province of Rhaetia and Noricum, something that never happened on the Rhine frontier.

that was around 460, if you read the life of st severinus it gives you an idea of what life in noricum was like in the 60s and 70s

hmm... i think your covering too wide of a timeframe - this can result in major historical innacuracies. I'd say do about 6-12 turns per year and end it in 410
