You would need to reskin all of gauls units im afraid.

could someone tell me how because Ive never done it before.When i go into the files like models its wierd because it seems like its in an ancient language with a bunch of wierd symbols.

I take it you opened them up in notepad then. Th emodel files need 3dsmax, a professional modelling program to open them up.
