    Well i saw that my Aragorn in Arnor Campaign, with all scripts on turns into a frodo. But not after 1 turn, but after 2.

    Yeah this way we wouldn't have to bother with their rings... But there is always a slight chance that an orc general might take the name 'Nazgula' or 'Nazgulb' ect, so the ancillaries is the safest way.

    I made my own Immortal script 2 years ago, back in My Stainless Steel days
    I am working on the immortal heroes script right now and from experience I can say your script doesn't work (even if it would work, there are still chances that possible errors will occur) The current immortal Nazgul works 100%. From a modder's perspective it isn't efficient, because you have to create a custom ancillary which is in turn based an a unique trait. But in the end it is the result that matter, so I will apply this method again.

    You are right about the ''name''-thing. Using labels won't solve the problem since you can use the same label only once in a campaign and what we want to achieve is that a certain character will respawn infinite times (based on certain conditions of course )

    I did two more tests:
    • One playing as Eriador (and all the other scripts activated) --> Aragorn will keep his unique strat-map model.
    • One playing as Arnor (and all the other scripts activated) --> Aragorn's strat map model indeed changes to that of Frodo after I let him come out of Bree after a couple of turns
    My guess is that there is something wrong with Arnor-reform script. Will do some more tests. To be continued............

    Mod working perfectly so far. Playing Arnor campaign but I moved Aragorn out on turn 1 so that mofo can get some orc grinding xp
    I did notice that Frodo has no movement points and can't transfer the One Ring to another general, not sure if this is intended but I assume it is. Seems realistic; he isn't a general that should fight in battles and would never give up his PRECIOUSSSSSSSS lol.

    Now how to figure out a way to combine this mod with http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=304850 Interactive Gameplay Mod . . . . scripts up to my eyeballs ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! But SO DARN COOL!!!!!!!!

    The script works fine, I've been using a modded version of it for a while. LOL I made some immortal elves Im on turn 40 both my immortals n the nazguls seems to be doing fine(respawning).
    Nice submod btw...One question, are all the recruitment pools are at max 1???

    [edit]what trait r u talking about??? That script doesnt need any custom traits or ancillary. All it needs is a unique name I guess.

    Yes I wanted to keep Frodo there exactly for the reasons you mentioned (another reason is when you play with the Sauron-script you always can find him in Hobbiton). Regarding the Interactive Gameplay Mod, I asked Germanicu5 if I can include his submod into this compilation.

    No unfortunately (for you) not. This compilation changes a large list of files and for this reason it isn't compatible with a large amount of other submods.

    The funny thing is that I was testing the same condition (for Aragorn) yesterday and it wouldn't give me the desirable results. Now I tried it again but this time for Gandalf and it works fine. So here have some +rep for saving me some time to make Heroes immortal. I will keep the current script for the Nazgul though (why break something that works fine already).

    Regarding your question about Total Recruitment; yes you can at max recruit one unit of each type every turn.

    does anybody notice the missing shoulder patch texture of elvish generals/captains? it look pitch black, I think it's because of the Additional units mod.

    Is there any fix that's compatible with this mod?

    If there is something wrong with certain textures then it is indeed very likely it is because of AUM.

    I have implemented the immoral heroes-script. When a hero of your faction dies he will respawn near your capital, provided you still you have your starting capital in your possession. It will look like this:

    The current list is based on how important these characters are in the game, for instance: do they have a hero-ability, unique battle-model/strat-model/portrait, etc. If you wish do see other characters on the list or if you think certain character don't belong on the list, then let me know.

    Seeing that many of the faction leaders made it to the list, I think Steward Denethor should also be included. He is of equal standing with the others and I think it would be bad to see him die too soon.

    And glad to see that work for this script has finally began. Me and my mates decided to wait for the immortal heroes script before starting a real hotseat campaign, after seeing Saruman die and never respawning in the first few turns, that killed all the excitement.

    BTW, what will happen if we lose the capital? are they gonna stop spawning or they are just gonna spawn in the former capital regardless of who owns it? and im not sure if this has been asked before, but does Sauron respawn as well? I havent gotten far to having him killed yet.

    Ok I will remove Haldir from the list. Regarding Gandalf (& Aragorn), they also belong to the hero-list, I just forgot to mention them.

    Being a faction leader doesn't mean the character is a hero. I didn't include Denethor, because he hasn't a hero-ability or a custom model, but he has a unique trait. I will include him also.

    Yes I wanted to create something new other than fixing bugs, etc.

    Yes if you lose your captial they won't respawn anymore. This also counts fro the A.I.
    If you play with Sauron and you managed to let him get killed he will also respawn. The A.I. doesn't play with Sauron. Otherwise you could never play a siege battle at Barad Dur.

    baron be ready to be amazed.. im releaseing a preview to my submod to the community. unfortunatly it wont be compatible with alotta submods till i make them combatible ;( well feel free to check it out also ill run more tests today on your mod....
