The Arms Trafficking Order of 1797

As intelligence reports from spy cells men loyal to America in Africa, many Ships coming from the African continent are smuggling weapons into the United States, then sending them to Native American Tribes to increase dissent in the United States. These weapon smugglers use slaves as a way to get their goods into the Country. This Executive Order halts this crime.

    I. All Ships carrying slaves from Anywhere in the world will not be admitted into United States Ports and will be turned back.

II. Any Natives found with guns that have been stamped with the English, French, Spanish, and Dutch Armory symbols will be confiscated.

III. No ships carrying slaves will not be allowed to leave port until Slaves are removed from the Vessel.

OOC: It should be noted that the House can overturn this executive order with a 2/3rds majority

Or we could just make sure the slaves aren't holding any weapons. The slaves aren't the problem, your alibi for this is reeeeeaaally bad.
