What exactly does your coder and scripter have to be able to do, what with the very limited ability in these two areas ? I don't even think coder is a relevant mod title for ETW and NTW as sooo little can be done with coding.
Basically we need people who can get our units to act like real modern day soldiers. We need the units to fire in bursts of 3 shots, with long reload after 30 rounds etc.
We need more people with deep knowledge into the files that regulate everything of "behind the screen"

How is the mod coming along? Is the main barrier the lack of a coder/scripter for the weapons/model behaviour (as i understand it)?
I believe kungferserge has attempted this, but couldn't get it to work and had to find a workaround by making the sound effects have 3 shots. By bursts of three shots, is this at once/in close succesion? Because for a an early release you could just have 3 pellets (or is there something I'm missing?).We need the units to fire in bursts of 3 shots, with long reload after 30 rounds etc.
I wish I could help, but i really think my modding is too limited for what you guys are looking for
