Kingdom of Georgia must be included, becouse Georgia was a chistianity forpost in caucasus in war against muslims and if not Georgian wictoryes on the caucasian front, muslims was be winner against crusaiders and Bizantine.

We should worry about finishing units before we worry about the factions. The factions can be changed and fixed after we make some sort of demo with basic units.

he means we will ie saying that if we have time we will also add the faction georgia but what is more important is to finish the units so people can play with these new units in custom battle and then worry about the campaign and factions later

A problem with this mod is that it's too specific before we've sorted it out as a group. In the regular RTW, the lists are given basic factions: Roman, Barbarian, Greek, Eastern... and then they specify after. We can do the same thing: Crusader States, European powers, Moslem nations, Eastern Christians...

I think that the county of Edessa should be available in a early begun of the game.
Like other important states like: Despotat of Epirus; Empire of Trabzon; Kingdom of Thessalonica;
County of Athens or the Principality of Achaea; the Duchy of Naxos or Dodecanessos.
Also the Bulgarians and Servians or Hungarians must be available.

County of edessa will be available in the start of the game, but for the other nations you mentioned, they were born after 1204 and our mod starts in 1118, so we can't put them, but we can do after crusader is released an expansion or about the greek, anatolian area after 1204, or about the reconquista or about the teutonic order in Livonia.

Maybe you'll have this info elsewhere but... why Templars, Hospitalers anb Teutons as factions? Wouldn't they work better if being just units (recruitable with the appropriate Templar HQ, Hospital of St. John and whatever structure you'd like to give the Teuten) recruitable from the Christian kingdoms of Outremer?

Templars and other orders were indipendent from the outremer kingdom, they were only under the pope. and if the outremer kingdom would have all these units they would be invincible....wouldn't them?
