Does somebody need a starpos editor?

Hi guys i have been working with the starpos-editor and i 'm here offering my services in case of some team need a starpos-editor , i would like to do my won starpos focusing in the portuguese faction but i don't know enough to do a great starpos so if somebody would like to join me in this idea just tell me

Any way if you need help with starpos just ask me

-Starting money
-Government changes
-Starting regions
-Starting armies
-All general things
-Victory conditions
-Start year
-Factions Infos

If you want to edit faction descriptions you have to mess with the text\loc in .pack files (like patch_en.pack). Everything related to units is in the DB, but you need to edit the loc to get the name and description to appear in-game.

Check out the different mod thread categories and look for WIPs and Proposals, then see if they need help. You could also try checking the hosted mod forums for sub-mods (I do DarthMod stuff, for example). BTW I'd ask for your help if I wasn't a startpos editor too!

Well after having a look around i have took a decision i'll start my won mod, my idea is to do a sub-mod to darthmod that will add the British East Company, as things stand it will take some time as i will have to do the historical search and because now i don't have much time free.
I will need somebody that knows how to change the flag as i don't know how to do it and if someboy wants to help in historical search i would be very grateful to , if somebody wants to join me in this idea just pm me

Erm... How about I ask you here? Check my sig and you'll notice that everything I've done involves faction changes

I'd like to help, but between Causa Belli and the Sikh Submod I don't know if I have time to add flags and such. You could ask MatrixStorm if he would do the flags, but I know he's busy doing the same stuff as me. If you have any problems I can definitely help though...

For now i'm just changing the Bengal region but after that i will change the rest of India.
I've spent the whole day working in the mod and it was going fine, but i dont know why the starpos as stop working and now i've to start it all again. But maybe this is not bad at all because now i've better ideas, if things go well tomorrow i'll post some Screenshots.

I got an idea for a startpos, india a faction, europe one, and america one. Then india and america is in war with europe. Seriously, idmit it woud be cool! Or a simular thing, like scandinavia a nation, italy,france and germany one nation and so on

ah hell man! I just wanted to ask if you cold gave the Mamluk Faction in DMUC Late Campagine Change their pos from Mesopotamia to Egypt because its more Historicly correct! They never wher in Mesopotamia!

I talk about the Mamluk Faction not the Troops!

Tryd it by myself but i badly faild! Or maybe someone got a good tutorial?! Because the Tutorial i used was fail...

The Point is i just want the Mamluk Faction that at the beginning of the DMUC Late Campagine is owning Mesopatmia to change it that they start whit Egypt because its more Realistic and Historicly correct and put back Mesopotamia to the Ottomans!!!

Want to play as French and make some Napoleon !
