I seem to be missing some obvious way of building the Awesome/Pantheon Temple complex as barbs needed for tier 4 and 5 temples? anyone know how to get them?

do they have 4-5 tier temple buildings? I know in rs 1.6 the highest was tier 3

they are visible on the building browser up to tier 5

(bug?) Buildings missing...
I'm playing as Dacia right now, and I noticed that 2 temple levels are missing.
The "awesome temple complex" and the "pantheon complex" are both missing in the recruitment list.
Therefore I can't build the temples that require these buildings.
And these temples highten the tax income...
Is this a bug, or is this meant to be?

Merged both the threads on this issue, so that one answer will satisfy both. I don't think they get anything higher than tier three, though.
