Steam launcher issue :(

Hi (This may seem early seeing as it was released like an hour ago) but I cannot seem to launch my RSII
When I put in the correct launch command in the properties I get two error boxes, one saying
Error:Filename doesn't exist data/animations/Sg 01 idle.cas
and then a second one saying that it couldn't load the aforementioned file.

Specs of my rig
Microsoft Xp sp3
AMD athlon ii x4 635 propus c3 stepping
Msi 760gm-e51 motherboard
4gb ddr3 1333

it might be a corrupted install, try reinstalling the mod.

No its a fully downloaded version, going to try and install it into my alex folder this time and see how that goes.

I don't know how to get alex working on steam right now. You could try to copy all the files in your Steam ALEX folder and past it to you RTW/BI folder and the install RS 2 over that.

It should work, it seems Steam do as if Alex was in the same folder.

Well, I got as far as starting the Roman campaign (the screen where you select difficulty) then get a CTD .

Was that installing into RTW/BI or Alex?

Was clean, for launching with steam, I'm supposed to be doing it through steam right? Because I tried doing it for the launcher just in case and got some error messages.

Also, going to do clean install again and see what happens.
