Thanks for the release Been waiting a long time, I am sure the mod team has been waiting for us to see it as well.

A note to everyone who downloaded it via Torrent.. Please keep your client open and SEED. If your playing the game you can spare the bandwidth on the upload. I just finished DLing the game but there were only 9 seeders.. I have left mine open and currently uploading over 400KB/s so obviously we are in need of some more seeders..

Im sorry, I can not seem to understand two points on installing the game. Due you need to put the installer into the Rome files them start the install or can it be in different area? Plus if your going to uses BI due you need to install the game with the BI Files or just the main Rome Files? Thanks

No as said in the instructions put all the downloaded files (there's 6 of them) in a folder on your desktop. Then click on the installer and direct it to your clean RTW folder.

Ok I have tried it several times I keep getting 12X no matter what I try. When the game comes up, I picked Sparta the discription told me about the time and it says to click on something on the page. I see start Sparta Campain and click it, but it still says I need to click something for it to come up. I clicked the Arrow on the right same thing?

Running RSII on Steam

Running RSII through Steam is a hassle but not impossible. Several Beta Testers have successfully ran the game through Steam and have imparted their knowledge to the rest of the team so that Steam users are able to enjoy the game as well. To run RSII on Steam, it involves adding some extra lines of code to your game library and a bit off a different installation. First, make a folder on your desktop. Install RSII to that folder. Once that is done, drag or cut and past all the files in the folder to your C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\rome total war gold or whatever other version of RTW you may have. For those who have Vista or Windows 7, the directory should be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\rome total war gold or whatever other version of RTW you may have. Once that is installed, open your steam launcher and browse to your game library. You should see RTW or BI or ALX depending on the version you have. For demonstration purposes, I am using Portal (the only steam game I have) Right click on your RTW game and select Properties You should be taken to a window like this, select Launch Options: Once you have done that, type the following in the box like so: Click OK - BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE SPACE before the "-mod" This will allow you to play the ROMAN CAMPAIGN only. To play the OTHER campaigns, simply type in the other campaign names in place of Play_(campaign name here). You need to click on the "Spartan campaign" text in the middle of the lower parts of the screen and then the arrow.

Keeps saying "Another install is already in progress" when I attempt to install it. I'll have another look in the morning but can't see the issue. As far as I know im patched to 1.5.

Tried that it still comes up saying I need to select something. Plus the installer when I click BI EXE a white box comes up with a RED X and the number 12. When I click play RS2 same box comes up, when I click again to play the box comes up but says have you picked a faction. I click yes and the game comes up, but still can not get it to play, due to what I posted above it will act like I have not clicked the Sparta campain and arrow.
