Being Adminstrator is great but Total War games and their mods are not a friend of the UAC. In fact, Stainless Steel and Third Age say disable it to play theirs. I find less problems with this mod the same way.

I have Dowload the Two parts, put them in my USB key (And the patches at the same time ), If I understand correctly, I must put my compass limited to play this mod?

I found the problem, it's because I install the mod by my USB key, but now, He said that's the files ( Asian_plate-armour.tga, something like that) can not be read, at 38%, I dowload again (mediafire).

Why not download it to your harddrive and installit from there. Something is getting lost in your USB key and in the old days the transfer rate would be too slow and cause these kinds of issues or be too small for the download.

Actually, I had the same issue with the 38%. I think you need both parts 1 and 2 downloaded to the same spot (desktop for me) and then run part 1 installer again. It should work fine. Unless, of course, that's what you did.. in which case ignore me

Rejoice! I have compiled and tested the next full installation. It comes in at 461MB and will be one piece. Upload will start tomorrow morning (Indian Standard Time). So, if my connection holds you should be able to download the latest version (3.80.0) in 24 hours.

As for your present installation: both files have to be in the same directory (EXE and DO1), and you only need to run the EXE. Placing those two files on the hard drive is recommended.
