By the way, has anyone seen Carl?
For every action there is an equal and opposite government program.

I'm just hoping they don't over hype this season the way they did the last and then fail to deliver. There are already numerous changes from the comic going into the prison so it should be pretty fresh for everyone. Almost, dare I say it, a reboot.

in the comic, there's talk about manufacturing shell casings.
How do you do that it, say you were sent back in time to the Ancient Rome?

I was expecting a latino guy with longer, dark hair but I guess that is just a detail.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
If you are referring to Daryl's brother, I just hope he gets revenge and kills T-dog.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
    Abraham is dead!

I don't get it. You make a beefed up character, ex-military, huge arms, muscular, the kind of guy you'd think would die taking hundreds down with him.
And then you kill Rambo here with one arrow. I mean...
    WTF?
If Michonne and Andrea are next, Rick & Co. can go themselves, because they'll be royally screwed.

Just finished season 2 (late, I know) and I must say I have some serious quarrels with this series.

First thing that really bothers me is all this crap about how precious ammunition and weapons are. Yet whenever they're near a military outpost that is literally filled with M4's and whatnot they don't even bother picking one single rifle up, seriously?!...
Maybe I'm just the only one who would actually appreciate the opportunity given in such a situation, and it’s not like they don’t have time to pick up the rifles from the dead soldiers. Then again these zombie flicks always tend to show that revolver-armed civilians are more capable than soldiers with assault rifles.

Second one that really makes me wonder,
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

Apparently Dr. Jenner tells Grimes at the CDC center prior to it’s destruction that everyone is already infected… W.T.F…
Yet another thing that doesn’t make that much sense. Jenner tells that the French were “close” to finding a potential cure, but they simply went dry of power and then died… because the French wouldn’t consider utilizing their nuclear power? Same goes with that CDC center... Lame really…
Then we have Shane who is simply a complete , and that stupid kid Carl that got Dale killed because he was too stupid to pick up his gun (wtf, you dropped your gun?) and kill the zombie that eventually kills Dale… I clearly remember that remark made by the old farm owner “It’s a miracle your group is still alive” properly the best sentence in the series so far...

Anyway I am actually looking forward to Season 3...

    @TheDarkLordSeth

Zombies ala Romeo are completely bogus, I agree on that, but the ones you see in say 28 days later or REC are plausible. It's simply a matter of the right mutation of the right kind of virus. Forexample Rabies, or even BSE (mad cow)...

How our chances are if faced against such an epidemic is questionable, but I say we're rather well off considering it wouldn't take us long to figure out what the hell is going on, and I highly doubt the real world militaries are as incompetent as shown in our literature and movies. Basically for Zombie Apocalypse to happen the military must fail.

In 28 days later they are plausible but not in REC. In REC they are demons.

I believe such disaster stories rely on the fact that all those soldiers have families and that the virus will spread faster undetected. That combined with incompetence of administration leaders might give such a story a chance.

The military is capable of exterminating everyone but are they fully capable of quarantining people at a point that they understand how contagious it is? Once the virus reaches a large city you're pretty much ed.

Abraham is from the comic. This Penguin guy seems to be oblivious to the requests that have been made to him to label if the spoilers are from the comics or TV show.
