Today starting a 7.03 campaign with the white huns I discovered that I am a horde, but own 3 or 4 settlements. Is this a glitch? The black huns own like ten settlements and are a horde too. I hope I have not become mentaly ill.

In V7.0+ that is correct.

BTW what do you think about letting some factions start with a true horde (only horde units) or give them settlements and a military made partlyof horde units?

I like to sack settlements. That is usually the reason for choosing horde factions. Also, the faction selection map doesn't show the settlements. And because of that I was kinda shocked. But the concept itself is interesting.

It depends on how many settlements you begin with, if you can still sack a settlement.
