    I would suggest glancing through the Das Heiliges Romisches Reich forum, as they have some of the most original and accurate traits/ancillaries from a historical perspective. Not that you should take their ideas directly, but they might inspire you and give you an idea on what kind of additions you can make to your project.

    Actually, I already know konny, the project leader of dHRR, he has always been very helpful towards me when I needed some help with the HRE.

    I don't suppose more accurate civil titles are in order?
    e.g. Instead of say, Caliph of Baghdad, change that to something more historically
    accurate, if applicable.

    Unambitious: -Authority, -MovementPoints, +Loyalty
    In debt: -Authority, +Loyalty, chance of getting "embessler" trait each turn
    Pacifist: -Command, +Popularity, +Unrest, +TaxIncome, +Fertility
    Weak: -HitPoints, +Unrest (epithet: the weak)
    In shape: +MovementPoints, +HitPoints, +Popularity (epithet: the Fit)
    Unhappy marriage: -Fertility

    Ducal titles will revised too, I'll upload their (very long) list soon.
    However, it's important to note that I'll design them to be compatible with my new region/settlement names (e.g. margrave of Meissen).

    As long as the titles are accurate and give sensible bonuses, I'm happy.

    You can already download them in the SSHCP thread, but since the new names aren't corresponding to the ducal titles yet, it's only a halfway measure.

    Maybe have Muslim, Pagan, and Orthodox (not as severe as Muslim and Pagan) traits for Catholics; Muslim, Pagan, and Catholic (not as severe as Muslim and Pagan) for Orthodox factions; Christian and Pagan for Muslims; Christian and Muslim for Pagans.
    Also, maybe Heretic for all religions, with even higher -piety and +unrest.
    Edit: and maybe add a -1 to command when fighting against Muslim/Pagan/Catholic/Orthodox factions.

    Well, it may be a good idea to bring back the religion traits from RTW: BI, if that's what you mean.
    Characters might spawn then with a very slight chance of different religion (based on the parents' religion and the level of religious buildings in the settlement) and could even convert to another religion if they show enough effort (or just a lack of faith).

    That makes sense, as AFAIK, no Empire in history has ever been totally dedicated to one religion,
    as locals in any Empire might worship different gods than the high nobility, for example.
    but I could be wrong.

    I never played Barbarian Invasion (even though I own it), so I have no idea how it worked there.
    But yeah, that's pretty much what I meant

    Proud as you have listed: 2+ authority, 2+ troop morale, increases chances of children, epithet the proud.

    Forgive me if this has been already implemented somewhere, but i think adding crown ancillaries would be really nice addition to the mod as it makes you feel like your kingdom is actually legitamate.
    Also i liked the idea posed earlier about the religion traits!

    Here's a few traits from my LLP sub-mod that might work:
    Oedipus Complex: -fertility, +unrest, -piety
    Miraculously healed: +hitpoints, + piety
    Goes to church/masjid/temple often: +piety, +popularity
