[SIZE="4"]Alright Folks, last time, this tournament was a huge success that lasted 2-3 weeks, and THIS time, I want to make it last LONGER.
NETWORKS ON HAMACHI AVAILABLE TO USE TO PLAY ACCORDING TO WHERE YOU LIVE, PLEASE JOIN ONE OF THE NETWORKS ONLY.

As the majority of the forum have time zones of GMT/+1/+2 (europe), or they are in american time zones, there will be 2 "league tables" (rather like football in the UK), one for european players, and one for American players, and organise battles through the above hamachi network, and at the end of each fortnight, I would count up the points (explained later on....), the number of men dead and the number of men you killed, and see who won
Basically, you just log onto hamachi whenever you want to play, and see if anyone's online. If there are people online, then pick one, and battle. Then you and your opponent both screenshot the battle outcome, and post it on this thread. I'll do all the calculations
ALL GAMES SHOULD BE PLAYED WITH VANILLA RTW EXE CONFIGURED TO "0-TURN RECRUITMENT ON THE MAP " grassy flatland" TO MAKE IT FAIR TO BOTH SIDES, and the amount of money should be 10000 denarii, and the unit size should be on "normal" (as most RTW vanilla multiplayer battles)
the points system:
Close/Average/clear victory-1 point
heroic victory- 3 points
defeat-0 points
and work out the "amount of men dead" difference,
i.e. "amount of soldiers you killed" - "amount of your soldiers dead" = ..................
RULES:
1. No Artillery
2. Maximum 6 of the same unit
As Galvanised Iron (Co-Tester/Balancer of RSII multiplayer along with Roam) recommended, there will only be 1 rule, as the RS2 multiplayer has been tested very very thoroughly so that spam armies will NEVER be able to defeat a well thought out and balanced army.
