    Default Remerging Arnor

I've been playing as Free People of Eriador for a good 102 turns now, and have had Aragorn in Annuminas the entire time. Now I read somewhere that Aragorn should stand there for about 80 turns, and then I had to capture some settlements as well. Can someone please explain what settlements exactly, because I find the information given in Aragorn's unit card is a bit vague. I can't even find a place named Ettinmoors for example.

Also I can't seem to ever be able to construct a Hall of Kings.

Just a quick explanation of what settlements to capture would be kind, and please forgive my tardyness.

The only reason you have to put in Aragron in Annuminas for 80 turns is to ensure Annuminas will grow into a Large Town (don't know exacly), but only than an 12 turns and an extra 36.000 later you've got Arnor. It will take you at least 100-120 turns to reach it

I enhanced the speed of this happening by putting tax rate at low, but thanks for the answer. makes it much easier for me. Apparently I forgot Coldfells >_< but I suppose I can always conquer it now.

I don't think that the people deceive. I think that:
    - the population of Annuminas and too much small to develop to level 3
    - the entrances of coin are low
    - the building of the King costs too much

    without console is impossible............

You should switch to lower difficulty. Learn the basics of the game rather than cheat to achieve something in it. Don't push for VH/VH if you can't cope with penalties.

when has been published I play to M2TW and I don't have need to learn the bases of the game because I know her very well.
I am saying only that shaped so to make to emerge Arnor is impossible, I hope in a corrective patch

I think it's not difficult to restore arnor. I put an adopted general (he had something like benevolent ruler: +3 chivalry, - 3 squalor !!!!) and then you need to build an economy, rush nenuial soon to avoid war between HE and dwarves and then rush allimir (I think its name it is like this..however in the south of the shire) then move on coldfells and hoarwell with aragorn and gandalf, give allimir to Isengard in exchange of tharbad, keep the white wizard quiet. Then you have only to wait until Annuminas will become Large City (remember to develop a good economy) and for time killing destroy the OoG with the help of dwarves

Well... I made Annuminas into level 3 without any major trouble. Just kept tax rates low and had Aragorn in it all the time. Also 4 units of Breeland Militia to minimize civil unrest. It is doable. The biggest concern would be, as you say, economy. However if you just keep adding territories to Eriador you should be covered. My bet is that you'll be kind of forced to play a defensive war until turn 80 and Arnor re-emerges.

Like I said, difficulty level you're playing at must be too high for you. Here, I did it without even trying very hard - I used "Very High" taxes every time Aragorn built something to make him a badass governor in addition to his city-growing skills (you can see he got a discount on the HoK!). Stop whining and maybe I'll give you my save. ;-)
Used no cheats except for toggle_fow - because I was too freaking bored with wait after I built all the watch towers and building and wanted to watch Rohan's progress in killing themselves by charging Isengard garrison script repeatedly.

Has you succeeded in bringing, maintaining the very tall taxes, with a demografic growth to the 0% a city of 1000 inhabitants to 19800 inhabitants in 91 turns?

Taxes were very low unless in last turn of construction when I switched them to very high (gives bureaucrat traits and also strategic chivalry traits). I'd done it earlier if I decided to screw up Aragorn as a governor and maintained low taxes through the game - but I realized extra 10-15 turns of Arnor aren't worth my king becoming an arse. I built pop-growing buildings as a priority and those who build quicker as first ones (town halls before farms), then whatever I had time to build to improve law and reduce squalor. I built Brothel and Inn and exited Aragorn out of city every turn to spend some of his movement points and prevent him from getting womanizer and drunk traits.

It's no magic, it's easy. I could teach a monkey to do it.
