Anyone creating a sub-mod for RS2 MUST have permissions from other persons and\or teams to allow the use of their material BEFORE releasing anything in this forum. I don't want people coming here and saying:"Oh, did you have permission to use that?" Our team has done it's level best to share materials with others as long as we receive credit and have been asked. We expect the same courtesy to be afforded others persons and teams regarding their material.
I know there are a number of new people in the forums, and new modders learning the ropes of things.....I was there once myself. But one thing that must be followed is the rule that no material is used without permission, and NOTHING is released in this forum without expressed CREDITS and lists of at least a basic explanation of what was used, and from or by whom it was created.
