Mp campaign mod

Is it possible to mod a mp campaign or create an entirely new one, or is there even one already out?

There is one out. Go into MP and then go into campaign games. You can choose to host or to join one already existing. You have the option to play the Egyptian, European or Italian Campaign. (You can play peninsula if you have it, too.)

I know theres a mp campaign in the game thanks im asking if its possible to make your own mp campaign scenarios for example with your own maps starting positions/factions etc

Ohh...sorry. Well, it's definitely not possible to make your own maps but I think you can make factions. The only problem is though, all the other players in your campaign would have to be suing the same mod.
