From my Bosporan Campaign--this was a simple battle, but I enjoyed the nice scenery and units.

@Tone: Incredible, congrats
I'm trying hard at the moment to try and reduce excessive glare on mid day snow scenes with bloom on....it may be that users will just have to turn the bloom off for those moments. We may also want to make the unit card part of the UI darker to work with this so you can see which units are selected.
Those are just incredible...
Massive work on ambients, units, buildings; at present time I bought Rome ONLY 'cause of this mod. Your work is fine, strong and impressive, Mr Tone..thank'u; just a question..what do you think about the way the lights of torches look during evening-night battles? they seems to me too bright, not realistic in comparison to the whole contest; that's just my opinion, nothing relevant considering the whole opera.
oh and the signifiers and flag bearers apperantly set their sticks on fire. I Noticed
My Latest Epic triumph

Some more adjustments....the lighting in this evening scene from the "infertile grass" climate (mainly steppes) was all wrong in Tar Elendil's screenshots.
so now it looks like this:
and this is the sunset shot:
By the way, my screenshots only look this good with bloom turned on, and I've made some significant alterations to the "custom" bloom settings to allow this - it tends to light up the sky and allow the sun to look as bright as it should, as well as the area of sky around the sun.
General Sultan V ,if you were to face an Arverni army of the same value as yours,things wouldn't be so .....peachy
Macedonia(FYROM) is Bulgarian. If you don't believe me, read a book.
well, I Think this was pretty much a "Well qualified army" (In numbers and troop strength.) I Never saw the Arverni Hoard Really tough armies, they merge nobles with Naked savages, which is realistic, albiet the rich nobles are still too much in terms of "Ratio" With the peasants. in my eyes, I Consider this to be one of the stronger armies I've seen lately. because As I Stated they always merge toughsters with peasants.
on the other hand right next to these two stood a fullstack with 3 units of Heavy chariots
I hate playing vs chariots.....they seem to do a lot of casualties and die hard.....

not that hard for me to kill as rome, just reserve some Pila volleys for them or use any types of skirmishers. just make sure you kill them before they touch your troops otherwise you risk losing a ton of casualties
some screenshots looks like paintings. so great.
